SPOTLIGHT INVESTIGATIVE Meet Our IAIL Instructors even better event — well done! While here, I’ve been fortunate to speak with existing, new and prospective IAIL I 12 members. As with ALOA itself, one of IAIL’s strongest foundations is education. This is an intricate and arcane field with important requirements for success. With an investment in training, study and dedication, you can achieve the level of profes- sionalism that it takes to join the ranks of professional forensic locksmithing. It can be a lucrative and rewarding field of endeavor. IAIL Instructors This month, I’d like to introduce you to the approved IAIL instructors. These col- leagues have dedicated their time, experience and knowledge to helping others make that journey. Together, they offer a broad and impressive array of experience and ex- pertise. All instructors are CFL certified. Tom Demont Beta Tam Ross Squire Vernon Kelley Their curriculum is first-rate. We are lucky to have each of them. Attendance at the show and in classes has been impressive. The theme this year is “Bigger, Better, Back,” which strikes me as a perfect message for our own post-pandemic posture. In a new venue and city, Yankee has been able to move forward and build an suggestions, or even wish to get involved in IAIL professional training, please let me or one of the instructors know. We want input! Registration for the SAFETECH con- vention will be available in early Janu- ary, so look for the class information in the brochure. You’ll likely have a chance to take an investigative locksmithing class there. If you want to get started in this field, this is a great opportunity to get an introduction. We’ll have classes at the ALOA Convention in Orlando as well. Clyde T.
