Alors que la présence de chancres avec écoulement de fluide chez les arbres feuillus peut augmenter les craintes de la présence de Phytophthora ramorum, la cause de la mort subite du chêne, d’autres agents pathogènes peuvent aussi causer des symp- tômes similaires. Cette revue des maladies pathogènes chez les es- pèces feuillus causant des symptômes de chancres avec écoulement de fluide permet de fournir une vue d’ensemble de l’information disponible sur ces maladies ainsi qu’un guide de diagnostic tout comme une source de stimulation pour poursuivre la recherche dans ces domaines. Zusammenfassung.Während das Auftreten von blutenden Kreb- sgeschwüren an Laubbäume die Angst vor plötzlichem Eichenster- ben, verursacht durch Phytophthora ramorum, schürt, stellen wir fest, daß andere Pathogene ähnliche Symptome verursachen. Diese Rückschau über Krankheiten von Laubbäumen mit Geschwüraus- bildung gibt einen Überblick über erhältliche Information zu diesen Krankheiten und liefert dabei einen Diagnose-Führer sowie einen Stimulus für fortgesetzte Studien in diesem Bereich. Resumen. Mientras que la presencia de cancros con exudaciones en árboles deciduos puede incrementar el temor de la presencia de Phytophthora ramorum, la causa de la muerte súbita del encino, otros patógenos también pueden causar síntomas similares. Esta revisión de enfermedades de árboles latifoliados, con síntomas de cancros, aporta una perspectiva de la información disponible de estas enfermedades, proporcionando una guía de diagnóstico así como un estímulo para continuar investigando en estas áreas. ©2007 International Society of Arboriculture
