Demont called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m. 2. A quorum was not present. 3. The pledge of allegiance was led by Secretary Tom Foxwell. 4. A motion was made by Ralph J. Forest-Ball and seconded by Gene Eldridge, to approve the minutes of the 2013 Annual Membership meeting. The movement passed. The President awarded Bob Mock, RL, the President’s Award. 11. President Tom Demont requested a motion to destroy the 2014 Election ballots. A mo- tion was made by Barry C. Wilensky, CRL, and seconded by Dana L. Barnum, CML, CPS. The motion to destroy the 2014 election ballots was approved. The President swore in the newly elected and returning elected board members: Secre- tary Tom Foxwell, RL, CAI, CFDI; NE Director Bill Mandlebaum, CML; SC Director John Arnold, CML; NW Director Keith Whiting, CML, CFL; and International Direc- tor Yoshio Suzuki, CRL. The President recognized departing Board Member Bob Easter. He was presented with a plaque in thanks for his years of service to ALOA SPAI. Rick Olive, R&W Lock, Berlin, N.J., won the ALOA Scholarship Foundation’s raffle for two KABA Ilco key machines (a value of approximately $3,000).
