Waveland Investments acquired Hudson Lock LLC & ESP Products in 2004. The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) announced that they are implementing a new web-based eProcurement system. The system allows for reviewing solicitations, submitting responses to requests for quotes, accessing and retrieving purchase orders, changing notices and submitting invoi for payment.
