23 2025 Nursing Annual Report Building Pathways, Shaping Futures In 2025, Sharp’s Learning Programs, the education programs available through the Guild education platform and through education reimbursement as well as clinical placement facilitation, delivered measurable workforce impact by placing over 3,300 students across Sharp totaling 480,000 clinical hours, while achieving a 95% employment preference rate and the highest student experience scores to date . 2025 Learning Programs Outcomes Placed 3,374 students across Sharp, contributing 479,181 clinical hours . 95% of students surveyed said they would choose Sharp for employment . Increased student experience scores from 8 .82 to 9 .01, reflecting exceptional learning environments . 2,564 nursing students participated in groups and preceptorships, totaling 250,702 hours . Building an LVN-RN Pathway Partnership with National University opened doors for Sharp LVNs and others to become BSN- prepared RNs with three cohorts in 2025, totaling 48 new nursing students . This program is more than education — it’s a lifeline, offering financial support, flexible scheduling and personalized guidance . As one LVN shared, “Thank you so much for the call yesterday .
