9 Postal Center Campus Hall, Lower Level, 718-390-3128 The Postal Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM - 4:00PM During these hours, stamps may be purchased and package services are available. All transactions are cash. Any packages that need to be shipped out should be properly packaged and labeled. Envelopes and small boxes may be available for use. No mail/package/floral deliveries are made to the residence halls. Resident students must pick up their mail from the postal center. Packages will be held at the Postal Center, and can be signed for during the above hours. Perishable items will be discarded after 7 days. Students will be notified of packages by Wagner email. Students must check their Wagner email account to be apprised of package(s) arrival. The Postal Center should be informed immediately via email at [email protected] of any issues regarding lost mail, delayed receipt of mail and/or packages. Registrar Cunard Hall, 718-390-3173 [email protected] The Registrar Students assists students and faculty with academic requirements, policies, course registration, enrollment verification. First-year students are advised by their First Year Program Faculty Advisor, while returning students are advised by their department Faculty Advisor. Advisors are responsible for approving students to register. Online registration remains open until the last day of the Drop/Add period. Please note the following points: • A minimum of 36 units of coursework are required for a Bachelor’s degree. • Full-time students pay full tuition and may take nine (9) units per academic year. (Students taking eight (8) units per academic year are considered full-time and will be charged full-time tuition, but will not be on track to graduate in four years unless they have prior college credit or take courses in the summer.) • Students may choose in which semester they wish to enroll for four (4) units and in which semester to enroll for five (5) units. • Students who wish to take more than five (5) units in any one semester must get prior permission from the Registrar and must meet certain GPA requirements. Additional tuition charges will apply. • Consult the Wagner College Bulletin for information on: o Drop/Add policies o Pass/Fail grading options and dates to declare them o Withdrawal and leave of absence statuses o No student may attend class(es) for which they have not registered. Graduation. Students must apply for graduation one calendar year prior to their planned graduation date. The brief application form is available on the Registrar’s website: Registrar’s website. The application for graduation initiates a degree audit by the academic department(s) of the major(s), and an audit of General Education requirements by the Registrar’s Office staff. Students are notified when the audit has been prepared so that students can verify that they are on track to graduate.
