Journal of Arboriculture 31(2): March 2005 81 gated vegetatively at reduced cost, thus ensuring that this technology can be adopted with minimum capital to yield expected result. In conclusion, E. chlorantha can be regenerated via single-node cuttings carrying the whole leaf, either without hormone treatment, or with even better results using low concentrations of IBA or combination IBA/NAA hormones.
