Election Results Announcing the 2014 Election Winners Minutes from the annual meeting to elect the officers and directors of association. Executive Director Mary May, Secretary Tom Foxwell, Trustee Ken Kupferman, South East Director Jim Weidman and Audit Com- mittee member Greg Parks. The following were in attendance via telephone: Proctor Barry Roberts, Simply Voting Bret Scofield, and candidate Bill Mandlebaum, CML. President Tom Demont requested a report from the Proctor Barry T Roberts concerning the proxies that were in his possession. Roberts reported that there were 539 (12.1%) electronic votes and 79 paper votes cast, and that there were no anomalies. Proctor Barry Roberts then advised what the results were for the 2014 election: Secretary: Tom Foxwell, 539 votes Northeast Region Director: Robert Easter, 68 votes; Bill Man- dlebaum, 91 votes MEET THE WINNERS he meeting was called to order on June 6, 2014, at 10 a.m. CST by President Tom Demont at the ALOA SPAI Headquarters, 3500 Easy Street Dallas, Texas 75247. The following were in attendance: President Tom Demont, South Central Region Director: John Arnold, 61 votes Northwest Region Director: Keith Whiting, 39 votes International Region Director: Yoshio Suzuki, 87 votes Proctor Barry Roberts advised that he had reviewed the tabula- tion method used by Bret Scofield of Simply Voting, Inc. and he believed the votes to be accurate. A motion was made by Tom Demont and seconded by Jim Weid- man to accept the votes of the 2014 election and declare them valid. Vote 100% accepted. President Tom Demont directed the Proctor Barry Roberts to re- tain all proxies until the members attending the Annual Convention Membership meeting determine their final disposition. President Tom Demont declared that there was no other busi- ness to be conducted at this meeting. A motion was made by Tom Demont and seconded by Jim Weidman to close the 2014 voting meeting.
